This policy explains how BS3D handles personal data on the Baby Symmetry website (baby.bs3d.com.br and baby.bs3d.co, including this European page).

It covers this website only. The Baby Symmetry Platform, where clinical reports are produced, is governed separately, because it involves user accounts and patient data.

Who is responsible

What this site does not do

To be clear up front: this site has no forms, no sign-up and collects no name, email or phone number. It also sets no cookies of its own. When you click "start free trial" or "talk to us on WhatsApp", you leave this site for another service, which has its own terms.

What is stored in your browser

Two items, in local storage. They never leave your device and do not identify you:

• Your language choice, so the site opens in the same language next time.
• Your answer about measurement cookies, so we do not ask again on every page.

Both are strictly necessary for these features to work and therefore do not require consent. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

Measurement and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to understand which ads bring visitors and to measure actions such as clicking "talk to us on WhatsApp" or "start free trial".

It is loaded on every visit. You can decline at any time through the notice shown on your first visit: declining turns the pixel off and the choice is kept in your browser.

When active, the Pixel may process your IP address, browser information and the pages you visit, and sends that data to Meta, which acts as an independent controller of it. The processing relies on our legitimate interest in measuring how our advertising performs, and you may object at any time by declining in the notice or writing to us.

Changing or withdrawing your consent

Clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose differently. You can also write to contato@bs3d.com.br.

Third parties

This European page serves its fonts, images and videos from our own domain, so no third party receives your IP address simply because the page loaded. The only third party involved is Meta, and only after you accept.

The main site at baby.bs3d.com.br additionally loads fonts from Google and two images from YouTube and Shining 3D, which means those servers see the IP address of whoever loads them.

How long

We keep no visitor database for this site. What is stored in your browser stays until you clear it. Data processed by Meta follows Meta's own retention policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR in the European Union, and the LGPD in Brazil, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, erasure, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to contato@bs3d.com.br.

If you are in the European Union and believe the processing is not lawful, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

International transfers

BS3D is established in Brazil, and Meta processes data outside the European Union. When the Pixel is active with your consent, this involves an international transfer of data, relying on the safeguards adopted by Meta.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
